More: Miles traveled a long way to find his forever home. At the tender age of 3 months his owners decided he wasn't a fit for them. He spent the next few weeks in temporary homes while waiting to be returned to his breeder, the last one being a friend a couple of states away. We had recently lost our 15 year old Mini Bull Terrier, and didn't think we were ready for a puppy. However, it was love at first sight. Miles is a perfect fit for us. He loves hiking, kayaking, boating and recently even being towed in a stroller behind a bicycle. He is the perfect Maine lifestyle dog!
