We never knew Goldens were prone to Cancer of the stomach which leads into the spleen. She was only diagnosed last Wednesday. What are we doing to take preventive care for our pets? Like women who come from a history of breast cancer, we do screening. The same should be available for dogs that are prone to certain diseases. Our vet never mentioned to us that this could be possible. Let’s fight for affordable preventative screenings! Go Minnie!
