More: Missy came to us almost a year old from a defunct breeder via a shelter in South Carolina. I flew down, met the shelter owner at the airport and drove Missy home to Massachusetts. Missy was a “wet mess”, withdrawn, frightened and obviously had not been properly socialized. Missy is progressed nicely and is becoming a happy pup. Love, patience and a stable environment are allowing Missy to “fulfill her full poodle potential” in the years ahead.
