More: Mitzy is a rescue from a kill shelter down south. She was so traumatized for the first week we had her, she kept her back to us. We’ve had Mitzy for 8 months now and she’s a completely different dog! She’s learning to play and not be afraid to greet us when we come home. She becoming less afraid of people outside of our family. Mitzy loves to chew on her bones, go for walks and hang out in the kitchen while I cook. She’s not just queen of our house; she’s truly the queen of our hearts.
