More: Morty has experienced a rough life. We adopted him at 5 months old from a rescue after a unhealthy start in life. At 1.5 year old, Morty was diagnosed with Chylothorax. A devastating disease were fluid fills the body. He survived a complex and very intrusive surgery and was cured with odds again him. A year later, he ruptured a disk in his spine and was paralyzed. He had spinal surgery and after 4 months of heavy rehab, he is walking again. He is an amazing dog who has remained happy through all his trials. (Note. He is paralyzed in the picture I submitted)
