More: My brothers and I purchased this pup as a gift for my parents’ 50th anniversary. They lost their previous dog, Kaiser, a rescue redtick coonhound, after 14 years. His loss left a big hole in our hearts. While Nitro will never take Kaiser’s place, we are certain Nitro will be a faithful and loving companion.
