More: Norah is a foster fail. She was surrendered to a local shelter when she was 6-8 weeks old. I took her in as a foster, but she never even made it to the website because I decided to keep her. My other dog (also a foster fail) is dog selective, but he loved her so we couldn’t let her go. Norah loves just about everything and everyone. Her favorite things are hiking, swimming, playing with tennis balls, and hanging out with her brother. Her full name is Eleanor Roosevelt, but mostly goes by Norah.
