More: We adopted Oliver from a rescue and he needed shoulder surgery after being abused by his first owner. He could only walk on three legs (he hopped) when we got him but luckily the surgery was a complete success. We would have kept him and loved him either way because even though he’s been through a lot, he’s the sweetest dog ever!
