More: Oliver was rescued from Pawmetto Lifeline in Columbia, SC. He was found in very poor condition with a messed up hip and broken teeth, and covered in fleas. It’s believed he was hit by a car before the rescue found him. He had 3 surgeries to fix his hip and mouth and we later found out he tore his ACL as well. He is the most loving dog you’d ever meet! People love him everywhere we go and always ask us what breed he is but truthfully we don’t know!
