More: Oliver was our unplanned adoption. We already had plenty of pets & busy jobs. But while Christmas shopping at our local mall, we learned a pet shelter had a store front there. We walked in and he was down in the very last cage. It was love at first sight … even before we learned the shelter had named him Oliver (our last name too!). It was meant to be.
