More: Oscar, the black mix, was born and left in the woods in a thunderstorm. He was found at 7 weeks old and we adopted him at 8 weeks. He has been a savior in our household getting us through many tough days. He weighs a mere 11 pounds. His best friend Zoey is a pure bred Rhodesian ridgeback. She was born 2 months before Oscar and is my brother and sister in laws dog. She and Oscar get to see each other a couple times a year and are best friends. Zoey weighs in at more than 100 lbs. They are best friends! You should see them romp!!!
