More: Ozzy was found on the street. After a few attempts with no luck to locate his owner through the microchip, the shelter put him up for adoption. We just lost our beloved yellow lab and was ready to fill our hole in our hearts and we came across this beautiful baby at the shelter. They told us that he's deaf and slightly blind. But all that didn't matter because Ozzy is the most sweet and loyal dog we ever had!
