More: My husband and I adopted Paul a year ago, he was 14 and dumped at the shelter by his family that had owned him his whole life. We did not think he would be with us this long, he has severe elbow dysplasia and has a hard time getting around but he loves to be outside with us, loves every dog he meets and always has a smile on his face.
