More: Peaches chose us. She was a hurricane rescue and in the shelter for 9 months. She wouldn’t let anyone near her close enough to play. The Humane Society brought her to all the road shows and she wouldn’t get close to anyone. When we went to the shelter she jumped in my husbands lap and licked my face. She is our rescue and saved me from a very deep era of severe depression and clinical anxiety, she also saved our relationship by being in our lives. She deserves every good and perfect thing this world has to offer.
