More: Pearl was adopted from a humane society at 4 months. Her size worried potential adopters, but I was so looking forward to having a big dog, so she was perfect for me. She is now beloved of everyone in Downtown Indianapolis-friends and strangers alike. She has never met a human (or dog) she does not like. She defines the phrase, “gentle giant”.
