More: Penelope is a rescue dog. She is a cancer survivor with mast cell tumor. She spent the first two years of her life in five different states and was in a three-month women's prison training program in the South. We adopted her 10 years ago and she took part in obedience training for two years. She is bright, energetic, loves toys and is the shining star in our family.
