More: Penny is an almost 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Penny enjoys her obedience classes and just earned her AKC TKN title (novice obedience). She hopes to take her therapy dog test and become a therapy dog like her big brother Oliver and sister Sydney.
