More: Pepper is a Rescue pup who was rescued with another dog from the West Chester SPCA. She and her sister are called the Spice Dogs. Pepper is spicy and black like pepper and Cinnamon is the color of Cinnamon ofcourse. They love to play, sleep and explore but Pepper’s favorite thing to do is run and have all the other dogs at the dog park chase her; as she likes to lead the pack of runners. She is super fast!
