More: Perci was rescued from South Carolina and fostered on Tybee Island, GA by American Black and Tan Coonhound Rescue. She is now living in DMV, where she enjoys hiking the hills surrounding our nation’s Capitol. Nothing makes her tail wag more than a day in the woods followed by cuddles with mom and dad.
