More: (Photo 1 of 2) My wife and I got Pete when he was a puppy in 2016 and sadly had to say goodbye this past weekend. He developed an inoperable tumor along his spine at only 5 years old and it progressed very quickly (he was running at full speed 3 weeks ago). He was truly the sweetest dog I’ve ever been around and loved by all who met him. He loved his family, being outside, running, and pointing at birds (and he also LOVED his Orvis bed).
