Like his mother, phantoms training for waterfowl hunting will soon be underway and this photo was taken when he first was introduced to water. Like a genuine chessie he has taken to the water naturally, is already marking birds at 40 yards, and picking them up. While training for the future waterfowl seasons Phantom will also be pursuing HRC titles. His mother and father have been awarded the HRCH title (hunter retriever champion) and I’m sure he will achieve the same accomplishments.
