More: I rescued Phoebe at a high kill shelter where she was dumped by her owners after having puppies. She was Terrified, withdrawn and depressed. I have had her since August and have promised her everyday she has found her forever home. She enjoys birdwatching on the front porch and staring straight into your eyes.
