More: Phoebe is a diabetic, mostly blind dog that has a strong need for adventure. As a military brat, she has lived in California, Guam, D.C., and Nevada, and embraces the outdoor-life wherever the Navy takes her. She dutifully followers her humans up mountains, over lakes, and into oceans. She is a brave soul that came to us from Southern California German Shepherd Rescue, and we couldn’t imagine life without her.
