More: Where the Love Is animal rescue has rescued Phoebe and Chica from a kill shelter located in Texas and they are currently at our shelter getting medical treatment, awaiting for spaying and micro chipping before we put them up for adoption. We are run entirely by volunteers and the photo is of one of our volunteers’ daughter Riley who comes to play with the dogs while Dad is cleaning and feeding.
