Rising from the ashes as a rescue, I’m living my best life!

More: I was found in the middle of the access road of a freeway when I was 6 weeks old. I was left at a bus station, and I didn’t know where I was. I kept sniffing the asphalt, looking for clues, and I was clearly lost. But I was determined to survive. I’m blessed that my “now mom” picked me up and took care of me. I had parvo and a broken leg through the growth plate. After spending a night in the hospital, I beat parvo. And after having pins put in my leg, my broken bone has healed. My mom said I needed to live. I think she needed me as much as I needed her. I’m hopeful I don’t grow much more so that I can keep my leg! I love to play with all dogs - it’s one of my gifts. And I love my parents. They take me to day care while they work so that I can play and get all my energy out. I’m so blessed to have been rescued and I continue to live up to my name, rising above all adversity.
