More: Raffael is a rare breed. He is not only my certified hearing dog ( I’m deaf) he is also a certified therapy dog ! We regularly visit acute care centers, special needs children and nursing homes in the Cape May, NJ area where we reside. He absolutely makes everyone smile and loves all children and people… other animals too!
