Ranger

Wading on a Thursday.

More: Ranger was a difficult adoption case; the least adoptable dog at the rescue. He was surrendered by his former owner before his first birthday had been in the shelter for over six months. He was incredibly timid, arguably dangerous. It took years to socialize him, but he’s protected and supported me through career changes, tragedies and relationships. He’s incredibly smart and loyal, and absolutely knows he was saved. I don’t think I’ll ever have a better dog ever again. If you can, please support dog adoption! With adoption, there is deep and lasting redemption for both animal and owner.
