More: I almost didn’t enter this contest because who would think of a chi mix as an outdoorsy dog? Then I saw that it benefits canine cancer research. The reason I captioned this Best Dog Ever 3.0 is because we lost Best Dog Ever 1.0 and 2.0, both corgis, to cancer. So canine cancer research is near and dear to our hearts. This little ranch dog helped heal our hearts from the loss of the corgis. Reata actually is an outdoorsy dog. We live on a horse ranch and she is a great help to us on the ranch. She LOVES to be outside and “help” with any jobs we have from fixing fence to pushing cattle.
