More: Riggs is a rescue who had a rough start. He had intense anxiety and was fearful of being confined. After more than a year in a shelter the trainers they hired to help him contacted me as a potential match. We bonded over our mutual love of the outdoors and he is now a happy pup who loves hiking, swimming, canoeing, and playing with his dog friends.
