Risto

Risto, an eleven week old Vizsla, holds a stick as he takes part in his first camping trip at the Vedauwoo Recreation Area near Buford, Wyo. The Vizsla is a versatile, red-coated gundog built for long days in the field. For centuries, these rugged but elegant athletes have been the pride of Hungarian sportsmen and their popularity in America increases with each passing year. The Vizsla is a natural hunter endowed with an excellent nose and an outstanding trainability.

More: Risto is my second Vizsla and I got him about a year after losing my first one and deciding their was no other breed quite like the Vizsla. He is definitely the most happy go lucky dog I've ever met and will not turn down the chance to play with any passing dog in the neighborhood. He's also the best trail dog ever always by our side when mountain biking the trails of Colorado.
