More: River is our rescue as in he recused us. He is funny, loving, dramatic and just plain silly. His bet recent dubbed him the most dramatic dog in York County as he will talk some junk to you. After losing my best buddy Bear on 2/9/2019 an black lab I thought I could never find another jewel like him. I am positive Bear sent River right into my empty arms.
