More: Rocky is a former shelter dog who was adopted by the Tybee Island Police Department to serve as an animal ambassador to their community. Instead of sniffing out drugs, bombs or bad guys, Rocky’s whole job is to make people smile. In his spare time Rocky continues to attend adoption events and advocates for shelter animals everywhere.
