Living In The Moment

More: I rescued Roo from a junkyard where she had lived the first three years of her life, without shelter, proper food or loving companionship. She was sick with heart worms, various infections and undernourishment. It took a year and several hospitalizations to get a clean bill of health. She’s led a beautiful life the last 8 years, happy, healthy and with purpose. She retired this year after working at my office as “Director of Security”. Now, she teaches me to live in the moment and enjoy our time together. A wise and magnificent lady. She deserves to be honored.
