More: Rooney is a rescue dog. He ran the streets of town for about three months. No one could catch him until one day a 6 year old boy was able to. Rooney was then taken to the SPCA. He had no chip and no collar. He is such a joy and has a very strong personality. For being a rescue, he surely exudes confidence.
