More: Australian Shepherds are high-energy dogs, and despite spending her first year living with us in a third floor apartment Roxy quickly became an outdoor-loving dog. Since then we moved home to Michigan's Upper Peninsula where Roxy has room to run and explore. She loves frisbee, hiking in the woods, and swimming in Lake Superior. She often accompanies me on fishing outings and especially loves coming ice fishing when she can run around on the frozen lake. Now 5 years old, Roxy's personality has mellowed a little since her puppy days but her sense of adventure has not!
