More: She is the toughest, smartest, tolerant, and driven bird dog that I will ever have the pleasure of handling. She’s been there for me at my best and worst and only begs for runs at the river in return. This past winter was her last real hunting season and I hope she stays healthy enough to get on some wild birds once or twice this upcoming season.
