More: Sadie came to us one year old. She had spent the first year of her life in a dog kennel, outdoors; in a place with extreme heat in summer, extreme cold in winter. We had to teach her to come into the house. She was afraid to step over the threshold. Cannot imagine what her previous owner had done to her. In this picture she is happy, playful and sure of herself. Best dog, sweetest dog, so wish we could have had her as a puppy. Had to teach her to play.
