More: Sam is the coolest dude of a dog ever. He actually is a horrible swimmer and his coat absorbs water like a sponge, but he was always up for exploring the Baker River which abuts the White Mountain National Forest in Cameron, NH. We rescued Sam at 9 months old and now he has outlived many male Bouviers which on average live until ten. Sam likes to be laid back much of the time, but still has a zest for life as seen in his happy smile in the picture.
