More: Sam Keller is a rescue hound from Animal Welfare Society in Kennebunk, Maine. We adopted Sam when he was 5 years old. He has gone from living at the shelter for months to his forever home on the shores of the Atlantic. Sam walks the beach each morning and checks in with his friends including, Heron, Seagulls and hawks. His resting spot, the barking ottoman, faces the ocean and he keeps watch from there most of the day. Sam’s girlfriend, Fiona, comes each day at 2:00 for a round of chipmunk and squirrel chasing. Sam is living his best dog life and is well loved.
