More: For the longest time Sammy thought his name was "Sammy No!" Sam was a rescue dog; however, in the end we realized we were the ones rescued through his gift of love, laughter and devotion. There wasn't a body of water, person or animal Sam didn't like. He loved being with his people and never had a bad day. There was no lap too small for his 85 lbs. In April of 2020 we lost Sammy to canine Hermangiosarcoma. His boundless joy and capacity to love will forever be in our hearts and not a day goes by that he is not missed.
