More: Scout is a fantastic bird dog and family pet. She has even gotten birds herself without my husband shooting them. Even though a retriever she will point at times. She can't wait to go out when ever he get the gun out. In fact last November they were bird hunting on our property and taking a sharp turn ended up tearing her ACL. But still wanted to go after the bird my husband had to stop her. She is a loving dog which I'm sure you've heard a million times. But loves going anywhere with us and is so excited even at this age to see us home or anyone for that matter . I will post other pictures that shows she is the representative of an Orvis hunting dog.
