More: Shadow is a stray we adopted from a local foster shelter called Mikey & Me. He spent the first few years of his life as a stray on the streets of Detroit. We were only supposed to foster him through heartworm treatment, but after having him with us for 4 months we couldn't give him up. He loves being outside and loves long walks in any kind of weather. Although snowy winters are his favorite. He's smart and funny and sometimes sneaky. We feel very lucky to have him as part of our family.
