More: Spencer spent her entire life confined to a cage as a breeding mama at a puppy mill in Indiana. It is estimated she had 5 to 6 litters. Spencer came to us during the pandemic through a wonderful organization called WAAGR.org Spencer loves to chase bunnies and squirrels in our backyard with her little sister Pepper the Cairn Terrier.
