More: Stella was in about 2 other homes and homeless at one point before we snatched her! Stella has been the most loving girl and has fit in nicely with our family. When she first came home, we didn’t realize how much she loves to ride in the car. One afternoon we were putting a kayak on top of the car and had the back door open. We realized we couldn’t find her and thought she had run off… neighbors, friends and family were on a search for Stella. I got in my car to go help with the mission. Driving around with the windows down, yelling “Stella, want a treat?” After about 30 minutes of this, I stopped to talk to a neighbor that had their dog only to hear Stella barking from the backseat! We now ALWAYS check out car before leaving it!
