More: Stella is a great dog who has been a wonderful addition to our family. She keeps us laughing in the precarious ways she works her onto a chair or sofa to snuggle or keep watch out the window. She will sit and stare at the door until all the members of her "pack" are safely home at night. We thought she might be a hunting dog based on her breed, but it turns out she is just the most perfect family companion- and we couldn't love her more for it.
