More: Stevie was rescued from the side of a road in North Carolina with her mom and 7 other litter mates. She was the last one to be adopted due to scar tissue on both of her eyes that were thought may cause problems and high vet bills in the future. Stevie is the love of our neighborhood and the most popular ‘person’ at all or her brothers lacrosse tournaments. It took us a long time to find a dog to adopt but in hindsight for all of the right reasons because she is the best girl and perfect for our family.
