More: Both of our beagles recently passed and this was one of their last photos/adventures together. Sydney passed away after battling congestive heart failure on 1/26/2020. Otto was diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism earlier this year. We took him to Pittsburgh to a specialty hospital for surgery, which went well, but he had the disease for too long and ultimately passed from kidney failure on 5/17/2021. They were wonderful dogs and companions who brought constant joy to our lives. They enjoyed car rides, hikes, boating, and ice cream.
