More: Tabitha was rescued from a kill shelter in south Texas and we were able to adopt her a year ago from Ruff House Rescue. She is an amazing and lovable dog and we are so happy to have her in our family. Since she came from the Texas/Mexico border she never experienced snow before. She is a natural!
