More: Taffy (10) was diagnosed with heart disease. During the pandemic she went into schools to help support children that had trauma in their life. In a lot of ways she changed so many lives. Because of her health, she had to step away from being a therapy dog. It wasn’t until Truffles came along that Taffy’s quality of life has improved tremendously. At first they had a love/hate relationship but now Taffy acts like a puppy. Truffles is following in her sisters footsteps in hopes that one day she will be able to give the same amount of love and affection that Taffy has given to so many.
