More: Tara is impressive and has a resume to prove it. In the summers she is a bear dog at Redoubt Mountain Lodge chasing brown bears off the property. Not to mention she ensures there is no salmon waste coming out of our kitchen. In the fall/winter/spring she is often splitboarding in the eastern sierras, searching for powder -or- fly fishing on a river for steelhead or brown trout.
